TANDOORI CHICKEN RIGHT HERE IN OUR KITCHEN
INGREDIENTS
- Chicken pieces 4-5nos
- Chilli powder 1tbspn
- Turmeric powder 1/2teaspn
- Kashmiri chilli powder 1teaspn
- Ginger garlic paste 1tbspn
- Lemon juice 11/2tbspn
- Curd 1/2cup
- Oil for smearing
- Salt for taste
- Garam masala 1/2teaspn
Take a bowl and mix in the chilli powders,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste,lemon juice,curd,oil,salt and garam masala.Now take the chicken pieces and give a slight cut on all sides and put it into the mixture (as we do for fishes),so that all the masala goes inside the chicken pieces.Keep this aside for about 3-4hours.
Preheat the oven to160deg cel and place the chicken pieces into it, and keep it in the C3 mode for about 10mins. After that turn it up to the grill mode for about 20mins by turning it up on all sides and simultaneously smearing some oil on it.Once its ready to be served smear some lemon juice,and chat masala on it and serve.
