PALAK PANEER


  • Palak                                                1/2kg
  • Paneer                                               1cup(sliced into cubes)
  • Onion                                                1small
  • Ginger garlic paste                             1tbspn
  • Green chilli paste                               1tbspn
  • Black pepper powder                        1tbspn
  • Cumin seeds                                      1/2teaspn
  • Garam masala                                   1/2teaspn
  • Butter                                               1tbspn
  • Salt                                                   for taste
  • Turmeric powder                               a pinch

Heat butter in a pan fry in the cumin seeds and onions and add in to it the ginger garlic paste,green chilly paste,palak paste etc with some salt ,black pepper powder,garam masala and turmeric powder and sauté well.and let it cook for about 15mins on medium flame. Finally add some fresh cream into this and serve with some chappathis.
