Chicken                                         250gms(boneless) soya sauce                                     1teaspn red chilli paste                              1tbspn Pepper powder                             1teaspn Maida                                           1 1/2tbspn Corn flour                                     2 1/2tbspn Egg                                               1no Ginger garlic paste                       1teaspn Salt                                               1/2teaspn Oil                                                for frying Cut the  chicken lengthwise to thin strips. Marinate the chicken strips with the above ingredients except oil and keep refrigerated for about 1hour. Deep fry these in hot oil until crispy and keep them aside. For pancakes: Maida.                          2cups Salt                               3/4teaspoon Water.                          For mixing mix together maida,salt and water to a dosa consistency.
