INGREDIENTS Egg                              1no Maida                          4tbspn Sugar                           3tbspn Salt                               a pinch Baking powder             1/2teaspn Water                            for mixing Oil                                for frying Beat up the eggs in a bowl Add in maida,sugar,salt and baking soda to it,mix well by adding in some water The mixture shouldnt be very loose nor very tight. Now heat oil in a pan, drop in the mixture into the hot oil in small quatities and deep fry them Serve them hot. NOTE: This recipe normally consumes a lot of oil.
