CHICKEN PAKORA

INGREDIENTS

  • Onion                              1no(finely chopped)
  • Chicken(boneless)            250gms
  • Ginger ,garlic paste           1teaspn
  • Green chillies                     2nos
  • Baking soda                     1/2teaspn
  • Garam masala                   1/2teaspn
  • Turmeric powder               a pinch
  • Chilli powder                     1teaspn
  • Pepper powder                  1/2teaspn
  • Cumin powder                  1/2teaspn
  • Lemon juice                        1teapn
  • Grated ginger                     1/4teaspn
  • Corriander leaves               1tbspn
  • Curry leaves                        1tbspn
  • Besan                                 11/2cups
  • Oil                                       for frying
  • Salt                                      to taste


Marinate the chicken  pieces with garam masala,ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,chili powder,pepper powder,salt and lemon juice and keep this aside.
In another bowl add in the besan,salt,chilli powder, grated ginger,curry leaves ,onions,corriander leaves,curry leaves and baking soda and mix it with water untill it forms a batter which is not too loose nor too thick.


Now heat oil in a pan, add in the chicken pieces into the besan batter and deep fry them in oil  untill its golden brown in colour.Crispy chicken pakoras are ready to be served.
