OREO BISCUIT CAKE

I always used to wonder how can i make a quick cake when i feel lazy and bored and like to have one or when there are some sudden visitors at home.At that moment i happened to come across this recipe- oreo  biscuit cake. When i made it for the first time it was not perfect but the second trial was absolutely perfect and i even enjoyed sharing it with a few of my friends. Now let us have a quick look at how this recipe goes. INGREDIENTS Oreo biscuits                            19 pairs Eno                                          11/4teaspn Sugar                                        3tbspn Milk                                           1cup Crush oreo biscuits roughly. Drop in all the ingredients together in a mixer and grind up well. Pour this to a well greased microwave safe bowl. Microwave it for about 5mins and leave it untouched for 30 mins and revert it into a plate after cooling. If necessary you can do frosting above it NOTE: Here i have use

BREAD SQUARES

Bread                                 2nos Maida                                11/4tbspn Cornflour                          1/2tbspn Egg                                   1nos Turmeric powder              a pinch Salt                                   1/4teaspn Pepper powder                 1teaspn Garam masala                  a pinch(for flavouring) Water                               for mixing                         Oil                                   frying Mix maida,cornflour,egg,turmeric powder,salt,pepper powder,garam masala etc with water to form a thick paste. Cut bread into small square pieces and dip each piece in the batter and deep fry them in oil. Transfer them to a serving plate and serve.

SQUID RINGS

Squid                          150gms Maida                          11/4tbspn Cornflour                    1/2tbspn Egg                              1nos Turmeric powder          a pinch Salt                              1/4teaspn Pepper powder             2teaspn Garam masala              a pinch Water                           1/2cup Oil                                frying In a vessel bring water to boil, put the squid into the water with little salt and pepper and let the squid cook for a few minutes ,its not necessary to be fully cooked.When its done remove from the vessel and keep it aside. In a vessel mix up the maida,cornflour,egg,turmeric powder,salt,pepper powder,garam masala etc with some water to form a thick paste. In a pan let the oil get heated up for a deep fry. Take each squid pieces dip them in the batter and just give them a pat on the edge of the vessel so that the excess batter will be out. Dip it in the oil and turn up on both the sides and

COFFEE CAKE

Coffee                       11/2tbspn Water                          1/4cup Maida                          1cup Baking soda                11/2teaspn Sugar                           1cup Vanilla essence            1teaspn Oil                                 1/2cup Milk                              1cup Salt                                a pinch In a vessel bring water to boil, add in instant coffee powder to the boiling water and keep it aside. In another bowl mix together sugar,oil andvanilla essence and mix,now add in coffee to this and mix again. Now add in maida slowly and blend it well with a spatula. Add into it baking soda and salt and mix again.  Add in milk lightly and stir up simultaneously making sure no lumps are formed. Finally grease a microwave safe bowl and pour  the mix to it and microwave for about 9mins and turn off the microwave and leave it untouched for about 1/2 hour and revert it to a plate. Note: You have to use the microwave mode itself
