This is again a traditional malabari snack dish,mainly made of eggs,maida,sugar and cardamon.Its taste is very familiar to the sponge cake.This is also a major ramadan dish.But the flavour of the cardamon highlights the most.I havent used much cardamon as i dont like it to be dominating. INGREDIENTS: Eggs 3nos Maida 10tbspn Sugar 10tbspn Salt a pinch Cardamon powder 1/2teaspn Nuts and kismis 1teaspn In a bowl add in eggs and beat them with an electric beater.Add in sugar,salt and cardamon powder and beat again untill light and fluffy. Then add in the maida to the egg mix and fold them gently with a spatula. Now grease a small non stick vessel with some ghee/oil and pour the batter to it and decorate with the nuts.
