Creamy veg pasta
Penne Pasta 1pkt Mozzarella cheese 1small cup(shredded) Mayonnaise 4tbsp Onions 1no Tomatoes 1no Capsicum 1/4cup Corn 1/2cup White sauce Oregano 1/2teaspoon Pepper powder 1/2teaspoon Chilli flakes 1/2teaspoon Cook pasta in a wide pan with enough water and salt. Make sure its not overcooked. In another pan add some oil (preferably olive oil) and lightly saute onions,tomatoes,capsicum,pepper powder ,chilli flakes and corn with some salt. Now add in white sauce and mix. Next you may add in cooked pasta and toss. Now switch off the flame and add in mayonnaise,cheese and oregano .Mix them well until combined and serve immediately.
