SESAME PRAWNS TOAST

Prawns                                           300gms Egg white                                       1 Corn flour                                       3tbspn Pepper powder                               1 teaspn Salt                                                 1/2teaspn Soya sauce                                     1/2teaspn Sesame seeds(white) Transfer all the above ingredients to a mixer and grind it to a smooth paste. Keep this aside (you can also refrigerate it on previous and cook d next day) Take a triangular bread spread the prawn paste over it evenly and sprinkle some sesame seeds over it. Dip this in hot oil (the prawns side facing down) and deep fry until crispy. You may reduce the flame and let it cook on a low flame as the prawns are uncooked and the bread should not get burned. You may also toast the prawn bread with little butter on a pan; but make sure the prawns gets cooked. Note: You can use more corn flour if neede

Maida.                            1.5CUPS Egg.                                1no Salt.                                 3/4teaspn Turmeric powder            3/4teaspoon Water.                             For mixing Make a dosa like batter by mixing together all the above ingredients. Pour one laddle each to a nonstick pan and swirl it gently with the back side of the spoon. When one side is done transfer them to a plate. For filling Grated Coconut.          1cup Cardamom.                   2nos Sugar.                            2tbspn Mix together coconut, cardamon and sugar. Take each crepe place the coconut filling at one end and roll them gently and serve.

Spinach filled Tortilla

Spinach.                         1bundle Onions.                          1small Ginger and garlic          1teaspn Pepper powder.             1teaspn Salt.                               1/2teaspn Cream cheese                3tbspn To a pan sauté the ginger and garlic in olive oil. To this add onion and spinach and sauté again until cooked.You may add in little water if desired. You may have to roast until it leaves off the water content. To this add in Salt and pepper powder and sauté again. Finally add in cream cheese and mix. Now take each tortilla and  spread the palak mixture and cut into wedges and serve. Making Tortilla Maida.       .            1cup Baking powder.      1teaspn Salt.                          3/4teaspn Vegetable oil           1tbspn Water.                      For kneading Mix together above ingredients to a smooth dough.
