VEG FRIED MOMOS/DUMPLINGS

This is a traditional dish of Tibet,Sikkim etc.It is being served in a steamed or in a fried form with variety of fillings. The fillings can be made with chicken,fish,veggies etc. Here i  have used the veggies filling INGREDIENTS FOR THE DOUGH Maida                                      1cup Salt                                          a pinch Baking powder                        a pinch Water                                        for mixing Mix in all the ingredients and make a thick dough and keep it aside for about 4-5hrs.
