COIN POROTTA

Wheat flour                            3cups Maida                                      2cups Milk                                          1/2cup Oil                                             1cup Sugar                                        1tbsp Salt                                            21/2tsp To a large vessel mix together wheat flour, maida,milk,sugar ,salt and 1/2cup oil. Knead this well with sufficient quantity of water. Now transfer them to the kitchen top and knead roughly for around 10mins(the softness depends upon how well your dough is being kneaded). Let this rest for about 1/2an hour.  Make small balls out of them.  Roll each of them and layer them one above the other by brushing some oil and dusting with flour. You may place around 4_5 sheets. Now roll this again to a thin sheet. With the help of a knife make stripes vertically with a 2inch distance.

Milk powder                           11/4cup Egg                                         1no Cardamom powder                 1/4teaspoon Baking powder                       1teaspoon Butter                                     1tbsp Milk                                       1ltr Condensed milk                     1cup Sugar                                    1/4cup Keep milk for boil. To this add in sugar and condensed milk and heat until it gets dissolved. In another bowl add in milk powder,egg,baking powder,butter and cardamom powder and make a smooth dough. Make small balls out of these and slightly flatten them.  Drop them into the boiling milk and let it cook for a few minutes(do not stir them immediately as the balls will get broken up). Once it gets cooked sprinkle some cardamom powder &saffron.Switch off the flame and serve them cooled.

PEANUT BISCUITS

Maida                                           11/4cup Peanut butter                                 30gms Unsalted butter                              40gms Egg                                               1no Salt                                               1/4teaspoon Sugar                                            1/2cup +2tbsp White chocolate chips                    for garnish To a bowl add in peanut butter,unsalted butter,egg,vanilla essence and sugar. Beat this on high speed for few minutes;until frothy. To this add in maida and baking soda and knead well. Make small balls of these and slightly punch in centre with your index finger. Sprinkle some sugar over them. Place these in the oven at 150deg for 10mins or until its sides turn brown. Remove them immediately from the oven and place the chocolate chips quickly in the centre. It serves around 30nos. This can be stored in boxes for a week.

Sweet corn soup

Sweet corn                                     11/2cups Carrots                                              1/2cup Beans                                                1/4cup Garlic                                                  1/2tbspn Egg                                                      1no Butter                                                   2tbsp Grind in 1cup of boiled  sweet corn and keep aside. To a pan add in butter and saute up the carrots,beans and garlic. To this add in the grinded sweet corn and stir. Now you may add in 3cups of water and let it boil for 15mins. Then add in the corn kernels,salt and pepper powder and stir gently until it reaches the absolute consistency.Finally drop in the beaten egg slowly to the boiling soup, stiriing continuously while pouring the egg. Switch off the flame and serve in bowls.

VEGETABLE CROQUETTES

Onion                                             1medium Carrot                                             1no Beans                                             3_4nos Red and green capsicum                 1cup Potatoes                                         3nos(boiled) Green chillies                                  1no Celery                                            1/4cup Pepper powder                              1teaspoon White sauce                                   1cup Salt                                                as required Bread crumbs                                 2cups MOzarella cheese                         few (cut into pieces) Heat some oil in a pan and saute up the onions, carrot, beans, capsicum,celery and  potatoes with some pepper and salt until tender and keep them aside. In another pan add in some butter,once melted add in maida and saute ; it forms crumbs. To this add in enough of milk and stir to a sauce form. Finall
