PEANUT BISCUITS
- Maida 11/4cup
- Peanut butter 30gms
- Unsalted butter 40gms
- Egg 1no
- Salt 1/4teaspoon
- Sugar 1/2cup +2tbsp
- White chocolate chips for garnish
To a bowl add in peanut butter,unsalted butter,egg,vanilla essence and sugar. Beat this on high speed for few minutes;until frothy.
To this add in maida and baking soda and knead well.
Make small balls of these and slightly punch in centre with your index finger. Sprinkle some sugar over them.
Place these in the oven at 150deg for 10mins or until its sides turn brown.
Remove them immediately from the oven and place the chocolate chips quickly in the centre. It serves around 30nos.
This can be stored in boxes for a week.
