Sweet corn soup

  • Sweet corn                                     11/2cups
  • Carrots                                              1/2cup
  • Beans                                                1/4cup
  • Garlic                                                  1/2tbspn
  • Egg                                                      1no
  • Butter                                                   2tbsp

Grind in 1cup of boiled  sweet corn and keep aside.
To a pan add in butter and saute up the carrots,beans and garlic. To this add in the grinded sweet corn and stir. Now you may add in 3cups of water and let it boil for 15mins. Then add in the corn kernels,salt and pepper powder and stir gently until it reaches the absolute consistency.Finally drop in the beaten egg slowly to the boiling soup, stiriing continuously while pouring the egg. Switch off the flame and serve in bowls.
