Strawberry pudding

Strawberry                                       11/2cups Sugar                                               1cup Fresh cream                                    200 ml Condensed milk                              2tbsp Gelatin                                            1teaspoon Milk                                               1/2cup Soak gelatin in 2tbspn of cold water.Roughly cut the strawberries and grind them to a fine paste. To a pan on fire add in milk ,sugar and condensed milk and stir gently until combined. To this add in soaked gelatin and stir again. Now switch off the flame . Once cooled transfer the strawberry paste to this and mix well. Beat up the fresh cream to a thick form and transfer the strawberry mixture to this and fold gently:-) Place them in refrigerator and serve after 4hrs.

Strawberry icecream

Strawberry                             2cups(roughly chopped) Condensed milk                    1tin (200gms) Fresh cream                          200ml To a mixer add in the above ingredients and grind them to a fine paste and transfer them to a container with lid and freeze them for about 8hrs. Flip this again to the mixer and churn again and place them back to the container and freeze again for another 6-7hrs. Now if its set you may transfer these to bowls and serve.

CARAMEL POPCORN

Pop corn(microwaveable)                    1 cup Sugar                                                  2 tbsp Butter                                                  1 tbspn water                                                   2 tbspn Microwave the popcorns until it stops popping. To a pan add in sugar,water and butter on a high flame and wait until it caramelizes. Now transfer this slowly to the prepared popcorn and simultaneously stiring them so that the caramel reaches each pop corn. Now you may start indulging these yummy sweetly hot hot popcorns prepared just for you...................

RAAGI LADOO

Raagi powder                                2 cups Jaggery powder                             3/4 cup Cashews and badam                     2 tbsp(chopped) Ghee                                             4 tbsp Hot Milk                                        1/4 cup Desiccated coconut                       1/2 cup To a pan on flame add in ghee, once its hot add in raagi and roast it up on a low flame until a good aroma comes out. To this add in nuts and roast again. Then goes in the jaggery and 3 tbsp of desiccated coconut...keep on roasting until well combined. Finally add in Milk and mix well. Switch off the flame and make small balls of these and roll them in desiccated coconut and serve once cooled. Note: If you don't have grated jaggery you may grind them in a mixer. But you may not be able to grind them if its wet. For desiccated coconut, you have to roast these in a pan until all its water content leaves out.

Bread pizza cups

Bread                             4nos Mushroom                      1/2cup Capsicum                       1/4cup Tomato                          1/4cup Oregano                        1teaspoon Tomato sauce                2teaspoon Salt                               1/4teaspoon Pepper powder             1/4teaspoon Mozzarella cheese          1/2 cup Clean and cook up the mushrooms. Finely chop up the veggies. Mix them together with mushrooms in a bowl along with pepper powder and salt. Using a cutter cut the bread to a circle ,to fit into the cup cake moulds. Now place these breads into the greased moulds and above them spread some tomato sauce then place the veg mixture. Then sprinkle some oregano and mozzarella cheese. Bake these in oven at 180deg for 10mins.

I feel really proud to present these cookies before you as when I made this cookie both my parents and kids enjoyed it equally. It was not their wordily appreciation but the happiness on their faces that touched my heart. ooops that was overwhelming. No mother or daughter can ever miss out this.
