CHEESY SANDWICH

Bread slices                                                               8nos Mozarella cheese                                                       11/2cup(shredded) Salt                                                                             for sprinkle Pepper powder                                                     Take each bread slices spread some cheese above it sprinkle some salt and pepper powder and place another bread slice over it. Grill this over an skillet until both sides have turned crispy. Once both sides are done slice them and serve.

BREAD LASAGNA

Bread.                                        12no Palak.                                         1bunch Paneer.                                       1cup(shredded) Ginger and garlic                     1teaspn Pepper powder                         1 teaspn Salt                                           1/2teaspn Onion                                       1small Capsicum                                 1/2cup(chopped) Mozzarella cheese.                  3cups(grated) Oregano.                                  2tbspn Tomato powder(optional) Chilli flakes Keep a pan on flame and add some oil and chopped ginger,garlic,onions and palak and saute this well and cook them with very little water. To this add in grated paneer and capsicum and mix well.Then add in Salt, pepper powder and 1/2 cup cheese. Keeping this on low flame and mix. Once the whole thing gets incorporated well switch off the flame and let this rest. For white sauce Butter.               1t

GRILLED BONELESS FISH

Basa fish.               1no Butter.                     2tbspn Garlic paste.          1/4teaspoon Pepper powder.     1teaspoon Salt.                           1/2teaspoon Lemon juice.           3tbspn Parsley leaves         for topping Oregano.                   1teaspoon Olive oil.                  For greasing Soak basa fish in water and pat them dry ans place over an oil greased baking tray. To another bowl mix together butter,garlic paste,salt,pepper powder,Oregano and lemon juice. Pour this over  fish on either sides. Sprinkle so Parsley over it. Preheat the oven to 190 degree and bake for 10 mins. Then switch to grill mode for another 15 mins until a fork and the sides turn up to be crispy.

Chakka unniappam

Chakka (jackfruit)  varattiyathu.                 11/4cup Dosa rice                                                     2cups Cardamon.                                                  2nos Jaggery.                                                      For grinding Maida.                                                       1tbspn Soak rice overnight and grind them with some jaggery syrup. You have to adjust the sweetness accordingly. Now transfer this to a large vessel.To this add in the chakka varattiyathu and stir until well combined. To this add in maida and cardamon powder and stir and keep aside for 3_4 hours to ferment. Later pour these in appakuzhis with hot oil and let it fry until cooked from inside on a low flame. It takes much more time to get cooked than the normal appams.

SPAGETTI SAUTED WITH VEGGIES

Spaghetti                                                1bunch Mixed vegetables                                   11/2cup Oregano                                                 11/4tbspn Tomato powder                                     1tbspn Tomato puree                                        1cup Olive oil                                                2tbspn Mozzarella/cheddar cheese                  1/2cup Pepper powder                                     1teaspn Green chillies                                       1no Cook up the spaghetti with salt. To a wide pan add in some oil and saute veggies lightly. To this add in the tomato puree and saute until the watery content disappears.. Then add in oregano,tomato powder and pepper powder and saute Meanwhile strain the spaghetti and transfer them to the veggie mix and toss gently without disturbing the texture of spaghetti. Finally garnish these with cheese and serve
