Sweet corn pizza

For dough All purpose flour                     4 cups Instant yeast                           11/2tbsp Warm water                           for kneading Sugar                                     1teaspoon Salt                                       1teaspoon Oil                                        2tbsp Soak yeast in 2tbsp of warm water. Take a large bowl and mix together flour,soaked yeast,sugar,salt and oil. Knead them gently with sufficient quantity of warm water to a smooth dough. Keep this aside. It doubles in quantity after 3_4hrs. Slightly knock them down and use it as a pizza base. For topping Onion                     1small Capsicum.              1no Tomato                  1 Parsley                   2sprigs Sweet corn            11/2cups Salt and pepper      for sprinkles Oregano                1tbsp Tomato sauce         2tbsp Mozzarella cheese.  As required Take the dough spread them evenly over a greased  pizza pan. For buns: Maida                  3cups Yeast                   1tbsp Salt                       1tbsp Egg                       1no Egg white             1egg Sugar                   1teaspoon Milk                      1/2cup Water                  for kneading          Soak  yeast in 2tbsp of warm milk with some sugar and set aside. To another large bowl add in maida,salt,sugar,1egg,milk and yeast and knead them well to a dough with enough water. Keep this aside to double. When it doubles in quantity press them gently. Divide these into medium sized balls. Place them on the baking tray and slightly flatten them apply egg wash and sprinkle some sesame seeds over it. Let it rest for 10mins and bake for 20mins at180deg . for patties: Onions                      1no Carrots                      1no Potatoes                     4no Green peas                 1/4cup Green chillies               1no Ginger and garlic.        1teaspoon(chopped) Pepper

CHICKEN SHAWARMA (simple-at home)

Pita bread : All purpose flour              3cups Oil                                    2tbsp Yeast                                11/2tbspn  Warm water                     for kneading Salt                                  2teaspoon Sugar.                              1/2teaspn  To a small bowl add in yeast and 2tbsp of warm water and sugar and let it rise. Take another large bowl and mix together maida,salt,oil and soaked yeast with sufficient quantity of warm water and knead well to a smooth dough. Keep this aside for fermentation. Then make small balls of these; roll them gently and place on a hot iron grill and cook on either side. For chicken: Chicken                           150gms(boneless cooked and chopped thinly) Turmeric powder            1/4teaspoon Chilli powder                  1teaspoon Ginger and garlic            finely chopped 1/2teaspoon Salt                                 1/2teaspoon Yogurt
