Beat eggs,sugar and cardamon on high speed with an electric beater. Soak bread in remaining milk after cutting its edges. Now transfer the soaked bread and badam with milk and beat again until the bread gets well grinded. Transfer this to a nonstick vessel greased with ghee and place the lid. place these on a dosa pan ; a kind of double boiling.

Semolina /Rava                       1/2cup Egg                                             3nos Sugar                                         6tbspn Cardamon powder.                 1/2teaspn Ghee                                            1teaspn Roast up the rava in a pan until it's raw smell leaves off. Beat together egg,sugar and cardamon powder until fluffy. Slowly add in roasted Rava and mix. to this add in 1teaspn of ghee and stir again until combined. Transfer this to a nonstick vessel smeared with ghee. Keep a dosa pan on fire; place the nonstick vessel over it and cover them with a lid. After 5mins open them and garnish with nuts.Keep this on fire for about 15mins or once pricked comes out clear.

HOMEMADE RAISED DONUTS

Maida                                  2 1/4cup Active dry yeast                11/2 teaspn  Unsalted butter                 40gms(room temp) Granulated sugar              3tbspn Salt                                       1/4teaspn Milk                                     1/2cup(lukewarm) Egg                                       1 large Topping Powdered sugar/icing sugar Chocolate sauce In a large bowl mix together maida and yeast. Add butter to this and rub them with your fingers until you get the flour mixture as coarse crumbs. Then stir in sugar and salt. Make a well in the centre of the mixture and add luke warm milk and lightly beaten egg and knead until you get a smooth dough. You may add in more flour if sticky. Knead them well. Place this dough to  a slightly greased bowl and cling them with a plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place until doubled. This may take around 2-3hrs.
