Chiken filled bread rolls
- Bread slices 8nos
- Egg 2nos
- Milk 1/4cup
- Salt as needed
- Shredded chicken 1cup
- Bread crumbs 11/2cup
- Turmeric powder 1/4teaspn
- Chilli powder 1teaspn
- Garam masala 1/2teaspn
- Pepper powder 1/2teaspn
- Onions 1cup(finely chopped)
- Ginger garlic paste 3/4teaspn
- Green chillies 2nos
- Oil for frying
To a pan saute onions,ginger garlic paste and green chillies until transparent. To this add in alll masalas and saute again to this add in little water to mix the masalas.Then add in cooked shredded chicken and saute well until the masalas get well coated with chicken. Continue sauting to a dry form.
To another bowl mix egg,milk,salt and keep aside.
Take each bread slice cut the edges roll them using a croller and place the masala at one end and roll them gently making sure it doesnt break ; dip them in egg mix and then in bread crumbs and deep fry until golden brown in colour.
