Stuffed paratha
FOR FILLING:
Toa bowl mix above ingredients and keep aside
INGREDIENTS FOR PARATHA
Make a dough with above ingredients and set aside.
Roll each ball from the dough as for chapathi,place a generous quantity of filling in center and place another rolled up chappathi above it and roll the edges using little water. Place them on a hot tawa and cook both sides on a low flame.Here the cooking takes a much longer time as the edges have to get cooked properly.
- Sweet corn 1/2cup
- Paneer 1/4cup(mashed)
- Olives 3-4nos
- Onions 1/2cup
- Capsicum 1/4cup
- Black pepper 1teaspn
- Mozarella cheese 11/4cup
- Chilli flakes 1teaspn
- Oregano 1taespn
- Salt as needed
- Mayyonaise 1/2cup

- Water for kneading
- Oil 1tbspn
