Green gram(cherupayar)                  1cup Jaggery  syrup                                  1/2cup Grated coconut                                11/2tbspn Cardamon powder                          1/2teaspn Maida                                              5tbspn Besan powder                                  2tbspn Salt                                                  1/2teaspn Water                                              for mixing Oil                                                  for frying Soak green gram in water for about 4-5hrs. GARLIC NAAN(made on tawa)

Naan comes out in variety of forms.Here i have provided the recipe for a simple home made tawa naan.Now lets go in for the recipe. WHOLE WHEAT ALMOND COOKIES

    Wheat flour                         1cup Sugar                                   1/2cup Unsalted butter                    1/2cup Milk                                     2tbspn Cardamon powder               1/4teaspn Salt                                      1/4teaspn Chopped almonds                1/4cup                              In a bowl mix together wheat flour,sugar,unsalted butter,cardamon powder and salt.When its well incorporated add in chopped almonds and milk and knead to a smooth dough.                             Then take small portions of the dough and make small balls and slightly flatten them on your palms,with a thickness of about 1/2" and place each cookie on a greased cookie tray with a small distance between each cookie and decorate with a few almond slices.                                Then preheat the oven to 180deg cel and place the cookie tray in it for about 17mins.After they become lightly brown and baked prop

ORANGE CAKE

                             Actually this recipe is my own innovation.I was on the hunt for a variety in my recipes,when i came across various recipes with wines and sugars i just wondered why dont i just give them a twist.But as we do not prefer to have chicken sweeter,i just altered/mixed up the recipes and came up to a different taste.Still it was slight sour.But a different taste which i was looking up for actually.                           Normally we do grill up the chicken with our Indian masalas and spices,even though it has a different taste,this one was indeed worth licking our fingers.So lets go ahead to see its contents.     INGREDIENTS:   Chicken legs                         4nos Olive oil                                1teaspn Red wine                               1teaspn Brown sugar                          1/2teaspn Oregano                                1/2teaspn Soya sauce                            1/2teaspn Chilli flakes
