Green gram(cherupayar) 1cup Jaggery syrup 1/2cup Grated coconut 11/2tbspn Cardamon powder 1/2teaspn Maida 5tbspn Besan powder 2tbspn Salt 1/2teaspn Water for mixing Oil for frying Soak green gram in water for about 4-5hrs. Pressure cook this for 2whistles. Keep a pan on fire and pour in the strained jaggery syrup,to this add in the cooked green gram,grated coconut and cardamon powder and mix well until its dry. When its cooled make small balls. In another small bowl mix maida,besan,salt and water to a medium thick consistency.
