APPLE PACHADI








  • Apple(chopped)                                   3/4cup
  • Curd                                                     1cup
  • Grated coconut                                    3tbspn
  • Green chillies                                      1no
  • Cumin seeds                                        1/2teaspn
  • Mustard seeds                                      a pinch
  • Salt                                                      1/2tespn
  • Sugar                                                  1teaspn

For tempering:
  • Mustard seeds                           1teaspn
  • Red chillies                               2nos
  • Curry leaves                             1teaspn
  • Oil                                            2tbspn

In a mixer grind together coconut,green chillies,cumin seeds,mustard seeds etc to a smooth paste.
To a bowl add in the chopped apples,curd,grinded coconut mixture,salt and sugar and mix thoroughly.
Now its time for the tempering.In a small pan heat oil and splutter mustard seeds,to this add in the red chillies and curry leaves and saute well.Add this to the prepared apple pachadi and mix again and refrigerate Serve this chilled.
