Macaroni

                                                                                  This is a very quick recipe mostly famous amongst the kids.But it can be made very nutritious also as you can include all the veggies which the kids normally dislike.The ingredients can be altered according to their favourites or you can finely chop and add the ingredients which they dislike.At times i add sprouts also to it to make my baby have atleast a few sprouts.Moreover i have used suji ka macaroni over here which is far more healthy than the maida macaroni's. Macaroni                                 1cup Onions                                     1no (finely chopped) Green capsicum                       1/2cup Red capsicum                           1/2cup Tomato                                     1/4cup Celery                                      1tbspn Mushrooms                              1/2cup Green chillies                           1no Pepper powder                

DEEP FRIED MUSHROOMS

This is mainly a starter to impress your guests.This is not a very common dish also.Sticking on to be a pure vegggie dish i have skipped the ingredient of egg to this.If you add a beaten egg to the batter it will become more crispier and tastier.Its just up to your personnel wish to add it or not Mushrooms                                              5-6nos Maida                                                       3tbspn Cornflour                                                 1tbspn Pepper powder                                        1teaspn Soya sauce                                              1/2teaspn Salt                                                          a pinch Bread crumbs                                         1/2cup                      Soak the mushrooms in water for a few minutes and peel off its skin and keep them aside(Make sure that you do not cut the stems of the mushrooms).In a bowl mix together maida,cornflour,soya sauce,peppe
