FOR THE DOUGH: Maida 2cup Yeast 1tbspn Sugar 1/2teaspn Salt 1/2teaspoon Water as required for kneading Soak yeast and sugar in 1tbspn of water for about 10mins. Now in a big vessel add in maida,salt and soaked yeast and mix heavily with water to form a smooth dough.(make sure that the dough is not wattery,if so add in more maida and mix thorughly).Keep this aside for rising.It may take around 3hrs. Garlic sauce: Garlic 5-6 cloves Milk 1/4cup Heavy cream 1/2cup Pepper powder 1teaspn Salt 1/4teaspn Olive oil 1teaspn Oregano 1teaspn Blend together garlic and milk to form a smooth paste.Heat olive oil in a pan and add in the garlic paste,cream,salt,pepper powder,oregano etc and mix gently untill it
