EGGLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE

  • Maida                                1cup
  • Sugar                                 1cup
  • Coco powder                      6tbspn
  • Baking powder                  1/2tspn
  • Baking soda                        1tsp
  • Salt                                    a pinch
  • Vanilla essence                 1tspn    
  • Vegetable oil                      1/2cup
  • Hot coffee                          1/4cup
  • Yogurt                                1/4cup
  • Milk                                   1/4cup  

In a large bowl seive together maida,baking powder,baking soda,coco powder etc.
In another bowl mix in sugar,vanilla essence,vegetable oil,hot coffee,yogurt and milk and mix well untill the sugar gets well combined.
Now transfer this to the dry ingredients bowl and mix gently until well incorporated and transfer the mixture to a well greased cake tin and pat them lightly to avoid any lumps.

 
Preheat the oven to 180deg cel.Place the cake tin to the oven for about 25mins.
When its cooled revert them to a plate and do the icing over it.
