VEG PIZZA
FOR THE DOUGH:
- Maida 2cup
- Yeast 1tbspn
- Sugar 1/2teaspn
- Salt 1/2teaspoon
- Water as required for kneading
Soak yeast and sugar in 1tbspn of water for about 10mins.
Now in a big vessel add in maida,salt and soaked yeast and mix heavily with water to form a smooth dough.(make sure that the dough is not wattery,if so add in more maida and mix thorughly).Keep this aside for rising.It may take around 3hrs.
Garlic sauce:
- Garlic 5-6 cloves
- Milk 1/4cup
- Heavy cream 1/2cup
- Pepper powder 1teaspn
- Salt 1/4teaspn
- Olive oil 1teaspn
- Oregano 1teaspn
Blend together garlic and milk to form a smooth paste.Heat olive oil in a pan and add in the garlic paste,cream,salt,pepper powder,oregano etc and mix gently untill it thicken to a sauce form.Then remove from fire and set aside.
For the topping:
- Tomatoes 1no
- Capsicum 2cup(red,yellow,green)
- Olives 1/2cup
- Tomato sauce 3tbspn
- Pepper powder 1teaspn
- Salt 1/2teaspn
- Oregano 1teaspn
- Mozarilla cheese 1cup
Assembling
In a large microwave safe vessel spread the pizza dough evenly,make sure that the sides of the dough are folded up slightly(if you wish you can roll the dough and spread over the bowl.)With a fork prick them gently.
Over it layer garlic sauce and tomato sauce over it the veggies and olives and sprinkle some pepper powder and oregano and over it spread mozarrilla cheese.
Keep this in a preheated oven for about 15mins at 180deg.
When the cheese melts and turns slightly brown remove them and cut into wedges and serve.
