BROKEN WHEAT CHICKEN PORRIDGE

Broken wheat                                     1cup
Shredded chicken pieces                   3/4cup
Cloves                                                2nos
Onions                                              1no(finely chopped)
Salt                                                   to taste
Water                                                11/4cup


In a pressure cooker add in the broken wheat,shredded chicken pieces,cloves,onions and salt and close the lid and keep them for about 5whistles.When its done remove the lid once the vapour has left.Make sure that the chicken pieces are well mashed,if not take a spoon and mash them.Now keep this on a low flame untill the water has drained and reached up your required consistency.When its reached up the required consistancy transfer them to a bowl/plate.

Again in a small pan add in about 2tbspn of ghee and fry up one sliced onion until golden brown in colour.Sprinkle these over the porridge while serving.You may sprinkle some sugar and ghee over it
