Instant mango pickle

Mangoes                           2nos(raw) Mustard seeds                2tbsp Fenugreek seeds.           1tbspn Chilli powder                     1tbsp Salt                                       1tsp Sesame oil                       5tbspn Powder 1tbsp of mustard and fenugreek seeds in a mixer. Chop up mangoes finely. To this add in salt and keep aside. Now keep a vessel on fire ,pour in oil and once it gets hot splutter 1tbsp mustard seeds. Now switch off the flame;then add in powdered mustard and fenugreek ,next goes in the chilli powder, stir this well. Here you have to work in quickly as it may get burnt. Finally goes in raw mangoes. Mix all these together and let it rest in the vessel for few hours. Then transfer these to bottles and refrigerate and use as needed.

Chicken noodles

Noodles                           1pack Shredded chicken           1cup Onion                                 1no Ginger,garlic                       1tbsp Spring onion                   1/2cup Pepper powder                1tsp Green chillies                   2 nos Soya sauce                      2tbspn Tomato sauce                    21/2tbsp Salt                                    as needed Cook chicken with little chilly powder and salt. Once they are cooked saute them in a pan until water leaves off and the masala gets well coated with chicken. Boil noodles in water with little salt and 1teaspoon of oil. Once it gets cooked remove excess water through a seive. In another pan add in 2 tbsp of oil and saute up ginger and garlic. To this add in onions and saute again. Then add in chicken pieces,salt and pepper powder ,saute again .Now add in soya sauce and tomato sauce and mix. Finally add in cooked noodles and toss up. Then switch off the flame and serve these i

Nutella sandwiched shortbread cookies

Yipeee this was a recipe specially meant for my kids....who deeply stares into my oven when something is getting baked,infact they are the watchmen of my bakes. This inspires me to bake up more and more for them. Placing these freshly baked up items on their plates gives aa bit of extra proud and pleasure to our minds. Actually I was not a perfect in baking items, but I  work out a lot to bring up that extra smile on everyones face.MOre of short bread recipes are on the way........ Caramel tarts

Maida                           1cup Salt                               a pinch Sugar                            2tbsp Butter                           1/2cup For caramel Sugar                             5tbsp Butter                             1teaspoon Whipping cream.          3tbsp Cashews and kismis.   1teaspoonz To a bowl sieve together maida,salt and powdered sugar. To this add in cold butter and rub it with your hands until it forms a sand texture.z To this add in cold water and mix well to form a dough.  Refrigerate this for about 15mins and make medium sized balls and flatten them between your palms. Now place these in tart tins and press evenly. Prick these with a fork and place them in a preheated oven for about 15mins or until it turns lightly brown in colour. Chicken and mushroom pasta

Chicken  (cooked)           1cup(in cubes) Mushroom                       1cup Capsicum                        1/2cup Tomatoes                        1no Fresh cream                    11/2cup Pepper powder               1/2teaspoon Salt                                 as required Mozzarellaa cheese           1/4cup(shredded) Pasta                               2cups Water                              for cooking Keep water to boil, to this add in 1teaspoon of salt ; once they come to boil add in pastas and let it cook for 5_10mins. Keep this stirring occasionally. To a pan add in some butter and dump in the chicken, mushroom, capsicum,tomatoes ,pepper powder,oregano and salt simultaneously and  stir up gently. Then add in the pasta and mix well. Finally add in fresh cream and cheese and saute until well combined. Now transfer these to a bowl and serve.

Keep a pan on fire,brush in some butter on it and saute up the mushrooms lightly. To this add in shallots and garlic pods and saute again. Now switch off the flame and let this cool. Once the mushrooms reaches room temperature churn them in a mixer to a smooth paste by adding some milk to it. Then transfer this back to the pan and boil again with remaining milk and fresh cream. Coffee layer Milk                                 11/2cups Coffee powder                 11/4teaspn{instant coffee} Sugar                               1cup Water                              1/4cup Whipped cream               1cup Gelatin                              11/4tbsp Soak gelatin in 2tbsp of cold water. Boil water,to this add in coffee powder and mix. In another vessel keep milk to boil,to this add in sugar and stir until it gets dissolved, then add in brewed coffee and gelatin and mix. Now switch off the flame and fold in whipped milk to this. Transfer this to a pudding dish and refrigerate once cooled for about 2hrs.
