Thari pola


  1. Semolina /Rava                       1/2cup
  2. Egg                                             3nos
  3. Sugar                                         6tbspn
  4. Cardamon powder.                 1/2teaspn
  5. Ghee                                            1teaspn


Roast up the rava in a pan until it's raw smell leaves off.
Beat together egg,sugar and cardamon powder until fluffy.

Slowly add in roasted Rava and mix. to this add in 1teaspn of ghee and stir again until combined. Transfer this to a nonstick vessel smeared with ghee.
Keep a dosa pan on fire; place the nonstick vessel over it and cover them with a lid. After 5mins open them and garnish with nuts.Keep this on fire for about 15mins or once pricked comes out clear.
