Sweet corn pizza
For dough
- All purpose flour 4 cups
- Instant yeast 11/2tbsp
- Warm water for kneading
- Sugar 1teaspoon
- Salt 1teaspoon
- Oil 2tbsp
Take a large bowl and mix together flour,soaked yeast,sugar,salt and oil. Knead them gently with sufficient quantity of warm water to a smooth dough. Keep this aside. It doubles in quantity after 3_4hrs. Slightly knock them down and use it as a pizza base.
For topping
- Onion 1small
- Capsicum. 1no
- Tomato 1
- Parsley 2sprigs
- Sweet corn 11/2cups
- Salt and pepper for sprinkles
- Oregano 1tbsp
- Tomato sauce 2tbsp
- Mozzarella cheese. As required
Take the dough spread them evenly over a greased pizza pan. Top them with tomato sauce,onions,capsicum,tomato,corn kernels,parsley,oregano,salt and pepper. Finally grate some mozzarella cheese as per personal preferences.
Place them in a preheated oven for 15mins at 180 deg.
Once they are done cut and serve immediately.
