Chocolate chip cookies
I feel really proud to present these cookies before you as when I made this cookie both my parents and kids enjoyed it equally. It was not their wordily appreciation but the happiness on their faces that touched my heart. ooops that was overwhelming. No mother or daughter can ever miss out this. Serving your parents wholeheartedly with some of your delicacies would always be a blessing.
- Unsalted Butter 50gms
- Egg 1no
- Maida 11/2cups
- Coco powder 1cup
- Sugar 1cup
- Salt 1/4teaspoon
- Baking soda 1/2teaspoon
- Vanilla essence 1/2teaspoon
- White chocolate chips 11/4cups
To a large bowl seive in maida,coco powder,salt and baking powder.
In another bowl with the help of an electric beater beat up butter,egg ,sugar and vanilla essence until soft.
Now gently mix in the sieved maida mix until well combined to a thick dough form. To this add in 2tbsp of milk and mix again. Now it has a sticky texture. To this add in 1cup of white chocolate chips and mix.
Cover this with a cling cover and refrigerate for about 3hrs(minimum). Chilling is mandatory.Preferably overnight.
Take this from refrigerator and make small balls of these and flatten between your palms and place over a butter paper on a baking tray and sprinkle more chocolate chips and sugar(optional). Bake these at 180deg for 8mins. When its baked it seems uncooked .Bt once it cools down it turns out well. It has a chewy and soft effect.
