Rasmalai
- Milk powder 11/4cup
- Egg 1no
- Cardamom powder 1/4teaspoon
- Baking powder 1teaspoon
- Butter 1tbsp
- Milk 1ltr
- Condensed milk 1cup
- Sugar 1/4cup
Keep milk for boil. To this add in sugar and condensed milk and heat until it gets dissolved.
In another bowl add in milk powder,egg,baking powder,butter and cardamom powder and make a smooth dough.
Make small balls out of these and slightly flatten them.
Drop them into the boiling milk and let it cook for a few minutes(do not stir them immediately as the balls will get broken up). Once it gets cooked sprinkle some cardamom powder &saffron.Switch off the flame and serve them cooled.
