SESAME PRAWNS TOAST
- Prawns 300gms
- Egg white 1
- Corn flour 3tbspn
- Pepper powder 1 teaspn
- Salt 1/2teaspn
- Soya sauce 1/2teaspn
- Sesame seeds(white)
Transfer all the above ingredients to a mixer and grind it to a smooth paste. Keep this aside (you can also refrigerate it on previous and cook d next day)
Take a triangular bread spread the prawn paste over it evenly and sprinkle some sesame seeds over it.
Dip this in hot oil (the prawns side facing down) and deep fry until crispy. You may reduce the flame and let it cook on a low flame as the prawns are uncooked and the bread should not get burned.
You may also toast the prawn bread with little butter on a pan; but make sure the prawns gets cooked.
Note:
You can use more corn flour if needed.
If using normal bread cut into 4 triangles and spread the prawns paste.
