ELANCHI


  • Maida.                            1.5CUPS
  • Egg.                                1no
  • Salt.                                 3/4teaspn
  • Turmeric powder            3/4teaspoon
  • Water.                             For mixing


Make a dosa like batter by mixing together all the above ingredients. Pour one laddle each to a nonstick pan and swirl it gently with the back side of the spoon. When one side is done transfer them to a plate.

For filling
Grated Coconut.          1cup
Cardamom.                   2nos
Sugar.                            2tbspn

Mix together coconut, cardamon and sugar.

Take each crepe place the coconut filling at one end and roll them gently and serve.
