SQUID RINGS
Squid 150gms
Maida 11/4tbspn
Cornflour 1/2tbspn
Egg 1nos
Turmeric powder a pinch
Salt 1/4teaspn
Pepper powder 2teaspn
Garam masala a pinch
Water 1/2cup
Oil frying
In a vessel bring water to boil, put the squid into the water with little salt and pepper and let the squid cook for a few minutes ,its not necessary to be fully cooked.When its done remove from the vessel and keep it aside.
In a vessel mix up the maida,cornflour,egg,turmeric powder,salt,pepper powder,garam masala etc with some water to form a thick paste.
In a pan let the oil get heated up for a deep fry.
Take each squid pieces dip them in the batter and just give them a pat on the edge of the vessel so that the excess batter will be out.
Dip it in the oil and turn up on both the sides and remove from oil and serve.
