Vendakka pachadi

  1.       ladies finger                                                         1cup(sliced to thin pieces)
  2.       Coconut                                                               1cup
  3.       cumin seeds                                                         1teaspn
  4.       Green chillies                                                      1no                     
  5.      Mustard seeds                                                      1teaspn
  6.      Curry leaves                                                         1teaspn
  7.    Salt                                                                         as required
  8.    pepper powder                                                        1teaspn



Marinate the sliced ladies finger with pepper powder and salt. keep this aside for 10mins and deep fry untill crispy.Now grind coconut,green chillies,cumin seeds and a pinch of mustard seeds together Pour this into the fried ladies finger and stir.Keep this on flame on simmer for 5 mins.Finally add in curd and stir.
Then splutter mustard seeds ,red chillies and curry leaves. Transfer this to the pachadi and switch off the flame.
