Corn stuffed pan cakes



For pancakes:
  • Maida.                          2cups
  • Salt                               3/4teaspoon
  • Water.                          For mixing


mix together maida,salt and water to a dosa consistency.


For filling
  • Corn.                                                  11/2cup
  • CapsicumGreen,yellow, red.             1cup finely chopped
  • Onion.                                                1teaspn
  • Mayonnaise.                                      6tbspn
  • Salt.                                                   1/2 teaspn
  • Pepper powder.                                 1tbspn
  • Cheese(shredded)                             2tbspn


To a bowl mix together all the above ingredients and keep aside.

Take a laddle of the batter and make medium sized pancakes..
Transfer them over a plate and place the corn mixture in the centre and fold gently without breaking and then slice them and serve,
