DRAGON CHICKEN



  • Chicken                                         250gms(boneless)
  • soya sauce                                     1teaspn
  • red chilli paste                              1tbspn
  • Pepper powder                             1teaspn
  • Maida                                           1 1/2tbspn
  • Corn flour                                     2 1/2tbspn
  • Egg                                               1no
  • Ginger garlic paste                       1teaspn
  • Salt                                               1/2teaspn
  • Oil                                                for frying


Cut the  chicken lengthwise to thin strips.
Marinate the chicken strips with the above ingredients except oil and keep refrigerated for about 1hour.
Deep fry these in hot oil until crispy and keep them aside.


OTHER INGREDIENTS


  • Ginger and garlic                               1tbspn (chopped)
  • Red chillies                                        2nos
  • Onions                                               1no(cut to cubes)
  • Capsicum (red,yellow and green)     cut to strips
  • Red chilli paste                                1tbspn
  • Spring onions                                  1tbspn
  • Pepper powder                                1/2teaspn
  • Soya sauce                                      1tbspn
  • Tomato sauce                                  2tbspn
  • Salt                                                 for taste
  • Sugar                                             1teaspn
  • Oil                                                 2tbspn


To a wok add in some oil and saute the ginger, garlic,red chillies,spring onions and red chilli paste. To this add in onions and saute again lightly. Then goes in the capsicum to be sauted.



Finalyy the sauces, salt,sugar and pepper powder Once these are well sauted add in the fried chicken strips and toss together until combined.
Serve them with noodles or as a starter

           Note:
For red chilli paste soak about 10 red chillies in water for half hour and grind to a smooth paste by adding little water.
