BEETROOT HALWA
- Beetroot 3big(finely grated)
- Sugar 11/2cup
- Ghee 1/2cup
- Water 1/2cup
- Milk 1cup
- Nuts and kismis 1/2cup
Heat water in a non stick pan and add in the grated beetroot into it and let them cook,once the water gets dried up and the beetroot is almost cooked add in milk and keep on simmer.Now add in sugar and ghee and keep on stiring.Once the mix turns off the pan add the nuts and kismis and mix well and serve. You can also transfer this to a greased plate and once cooled up cut in to desired shapes..
