PRAWNS WITH GRATED COCONUT
- Prawns 1/2kg
- Turmeric powder a pinch
- Chilli Powder 1tbspn
- Onions. 1no
- Ginger. 3/4teaspn
- Salt fortaste
- Coconut(grated) 11/2cups
- Curry leaves 1tbspn
- Oil for frying
METHOD
Marinate the prawns with turmeric powder,salt,chilli powder and refrigerate for about 1/2an hour.Now deep fry the prawns until golden brown and transfer them to a plate and then saute onions,ginger and little masala and coconut and curry leaves and stir in continuously finally add in prawns and continue to saute untill the coconut and prawns gets well mixed. The crunchiness of the coconut adds in more taste and aroma for this dish.........
