CHICKEN KHEEMA DOSA



                                                  
Kheema                                                   500gms
Dosa batter                                              1kg
Onions                                                     2nos
Ginger garlic paste                                  1tbspn
Green chillies                                          2nos
Tomatoes                                                 1no
Curry leaves                                             1/2cup
Turmeric powder                                     1/2 teaspn
Chilli powder                                           1teaspn
Corrinder powder                                     1teaspn
Garam masala                                          1teaspoon
Chicken masala                                        1/2teaspn
Fennel seeds                                             1/2teaspn
Water                                                       for cooking
Ghee                                                        1/2cup
Salt                                                          for taste

Heat oil in pan put the fennel seeds to it and roast lightly then sauté onions, ginger, garlic paste, tomatoes and green chillies.Now add in all the masalas and sauté again .Add in the kheema and let it cook by adding 1cup of water and salt.The masala can be slightly watery.
Now pour in the dosa batter onto a hot tawa and immediately spread the kheema mixture evenly above it and spread 1teapsn of ghee on the sides of the dosa.Once it gets cooked, serve  immediately Hot…. Hot…..
