SEMIYA HALWA




  • Roasted semiya                                                    2cups
  • Milk                                                                     3cups
  • Water                                                                   1cup
  • Sugar                                                                    1cup
  • Ghee                                                                    1/2cup
  • Cashew and raisins                                               1cup 

      Boil milk and water together in a pan,once its heated add in the roasted vermicelli and wait until it gets cooked (it hardly takes 3-5mins).


Now add in sugar to this and stir well until it leaves from the pan, now add in the ghee and roasted cashew and raisins and mix well.Place it to a greased plate and once it gets cooled up cut it into desired shapes.
