NADAN KOZHI CURRY
- Chicken 1kg
- Onions 4big
- Ginger 1tbspn
- Garlic 1tbspn
- Green chillies 2small
- Curry leaves 1cup
- Corrinader leaves 1/2cup
- Chilli powder 21/2tbspn
- Corriander powder 1tbspn
- Turmeric powder 1/2teaspn
- Garam masala 1teaspn
- Chicken masala 1teaspn
- Oil 3tbspn
- Mustard seeds 1tbspn
- Red chillies 2nos
Heat a pan and saute the corriander powder,chilli powder,chicken masala and turmeric untill its raw smell leaves out. Now take this masala and marinate the chicken pieces and keep aside for half an hour.
Heat oil in a pan and put the mustard seeds once it stops spluttering add in half the curry leaves and red chillies and saute well, now add in the chopped onions,ginger,garlic,green chillies and saute well untill the onions change its colour Now add into this the chicken and let it cook up.Finally add in the remaining curry leaves,corriander leaves and garam masala and heat for about 2-3mins and remove from fire and serve.
