LAYERED BREAD SANDWICH
- Bread 12nos
- Onions 1no (finely chopped)
- Carrots 1nos(finely chopped)
- Cabbage 1/2cup(finely chopped)
- Tomato's 1no(finely chopped)
- Pepper powder 1teaspn
- Salt 1/2teaspn
Take a nonstick pan and pour some butter to it and saute the onions,carrots,tomatoes and cabbage lightly(its not necessary to get them cooked).To this add in some pepper powder and salt and saute again and switch off the flame.
For the green chutney
- Coriander leaves 1cup
- Grated coconut 1/2cup
- Green chillies 1no
- Curry leaves 1tbspn
- Mint leaves 1teaspn
- Salt 1/4teaspn
Grind the above ingredients to a smooth paste by adding about 1-2tbspn of water(make sure that its not watery)
Now take one bread slice layer them with the veg mix keep the other slice of bread over it and again spread green chutney over it and place the next bread slice over it.Continue the process for the rest.Place the breads on a microwave safe plate and microwave them for about 1min.(this process helps to keep the bread intact.).Now cut the breads into strips and serve.
