GREEN FISH FRY



                            Green fish masala fry/hara masala fry is a very simple starter for your guests.This can either be made on a  skillet or babeque.Here i have used seer fish for preparing the dish.
  1. Fish                                                  250gms(i used seer fish)
  2. Ginger,garlic                                   1teaspn
  3. Pepper powder                                a pinch
  4. Green chillies                                  1no
  5. Corriander leaves                            3/4cup
  6. Curry leaves                                    1teaspn
  7. Thick curd                                       1/2teaspn
  8. Salt                                                   1/2teaspn




  • Wash and clean the fish well.
  • In a mixer add in ginger,garlic,green chillies,corriander leaves,curry leaves,thick currd,pepper powder and salt.Grind these ingredients to a fine paste.
  • Marinate the fish with the grinded paste and set them aside for about 15mins.
  • Then pour oil in a pan and place each marinated fish pieces in them and shallow fry them.
  • When its done you can serve them as a starter or as a side dish.
