QUICK PANEER TIKKA

                        

Here i have tried out a very quick paneer tikka without much tideous work.I have opted for getting it done on a pan;but the same recipe can be done on skewers also.You can use any home made paneer or the ready made paneers.I have also used some ajwain and chaat masala,if these are not available back home no worries you can just go ahead without them.But still those ingredients gives a special taste for the tikka.

  1. Paneer                                        200gms(cut in cubes)
  2. Onions                                        1nos(round shaped)
  3. Capsicum                                    1/2cup(cut in rounds)
  4. Tomatoes                                    1no
  5. Curd                                            1teaspn
  6. Pepper powder                            1tespn
  7. Chilli powder                              1/2teaspn
  8. Ajwain                                        1/2teaspn
  9. Chaat masala                                1/4teaspn
  10. Salt                                                a pinch

               Take a large bowl and drop in each ingredient accordingly and mix well,untill the whole thing gets well coated to the paneer,onions and capsicum.Keep these aside for about 1/2 hour
Now take a pan and pour some oil over it and place each paneer over it and let it get fried on each side.Then place onions,capsicum and tomatoes on the pan and toast them lightly.Now the tikka is  ready to be served.
