KULUKKI SARBATH

1. Lime juice                              1big lime
2. Sugar syrup                            3tbsp
3. Ice cubes                                4nos
4. Black kaskas                           1tbsp
5. Mint leaves                              3nos

soak sabja seeds/black kaskas in water

To a tall glass add in above ingredients and place another glass over it so that it covers properly. 

Now shake this vigorously and once its done serve immediately.

With mint juice

1. Lime juice                              1big lime
2. Sugar syrup                            3tbsp
3. Ice cubes                                4nos
4. Black kaskas                           1tbsp
5. Mint juice                                1/4cup
6. Ginger                                     1 small piece crushed
7. Salt                                         1/4teaspoon
8. Pepper powder                        a pinch
9. Green chillies                           1no(small)
10. Mint leaves                              3nos

To a tall glass add in above ingredients and place another glass over it so that it covers properly.
Now shake this vigorously and once its done serve immediately topping with some more ice cubes.
