PANEER BUTTER MASALA

  1. Paneer                                 250gms
  2. Onions                                 3nos
  3. Ginger,garlic                        2tbsp
  4. Tomatoes                            3nos
  5. Green chillies                       1no
  6. Corriander leaves                2sprigs
  7. Red Chilli powder               1teaspoon
  8. Kashmiri chilly powder        2tbsp
  9. Turmeric powder                 a pinch
  10. Kasuri methi                        a pinch
  11. Salt                                      3/4 teaspoon
  12. Fresh cream                         200ml
  13. Butter                                   2tbsp

Cut paneer to cubes. Fry these paneer in a pan with 1tbsp of butter.
Keep these aside. To the same pan add in 2tbsp of oil and fry onions,ginger , garlic,tomatoes and green chillies.
Transfer this to a mixer and grind them to a paste once cooled.
Now pour this mixture back to the pan and let it boil. To this goes in red chilli powder,Kashmiri chilli powder , salt and turmeric powder and mix.Now add in fresh cream and stir gently. Finally add in paneer cubes and let it cook keeping the lid closed. Once they are done garnish them with few coriander leaves,kasuri mathi,fresh cream and some butter.
