VEG NOODLES
- Noodles 250gms
- Carrot 1/2cup
- Capsicum 1/4cup
- Mushrooms 1/2cup
- Onions 1/2cup
- Cabbage 1/2cup
- Soya sauce 1/2tbspn
- Chilli sauce 1/2teaspn
- Tomato sauce 1/2tbspn
- Chilli flakes 1tbspn
- Pepper powder 1teaspn
- Salt as required
- Oil 1tbspn
- Bring a vessel with water to boil,to it add in the noodles and give a slight stir and let it cook. Pour in some oil and salt to this.
- Heat oil in a pan.Add in all the vegetables and saute well.Now add in the sauces,salt and pepper and mix well. Finally add the cooked noodles and toast well (better not to use the spatula).Now add in the chilli flakes and serve it hot.
