PAZHAM NIRACHATHU MALABAR SPECIAL
- Banana 3-4nos
- Grated Coconut 11/4cup
- Sugar 11/2tbpn
- Cardomon 1/2teaspn
- Cashew and kismis 1/2cup
- Maida 2tbspn
- Water for mixing
- Ghee for frying
Mix in the coconut,sugar,cardomon and the nuts together.Tear the middle of the banana slightly and fill in the coconut mixture into it.Mix maida and water to a smooth batter.Coat up the split with the maida batter and shallow fry the bananas in ghee.
