CURD RICE


  • Cooked Rice                                                 2cups
  • Curd                                                              11/2cups
  • Mustard seeds                                               1teaspn
  • Urad dal                                                        1teaspn
  • Green chillies                                                1nos
  • Red chillies                                                   2nos
  • Curry leaves                                                  1/2cup
  • Salt                                                                for taste
  • Cumin seeds                                                  1/2teaspn
  • Asafoitida                                                      1/2teaspn
  • Corriander leaves                                           1/2cup
  • Oil                                                                  for frying
Heat oil in a pan add in the mustard seeds once it stops spluttering add in the cumin seeds,asafoitida,red chillies,green chillies,urad dal,curry leaves etc.Remove it from fire Mix the rice with curd,corriander leaves,salt and the seasoning and mix well.
